The A4910 Lubri combines real-time lubrication monitoring with vibration data collection, enabling maintenance teams to optimize greasing routines and prevent premature bearing failures.
Ensures every bearing receives the precise amount of grease—no more guessing. Extend bearing lifetime significantly with data-driven lubrication.
Add only the necessary amount of grease into a bearing. Keep pumping and watch the vibration value decrease—stop when the reading stabilises.
Measure, store and trend bearing and whole-machine-body vibrations. Off-route and route-based measurement modes supported via free DDS software.
Built-in AC output (8 Ω / 0.5 W) for external headphones allows direct audible bearing condition assessment—a unique diagnostic advantage.
Colour graphic TFT 2.2" display (240×320 px) is fully sunlight-readable—ideal for outdoor or brightly lit industrial environments.

The A4910 Lubri displays pre-defined lubrication status indicators directly on screen so any maintenance technician can act immediately without interpretation.
Vibration value is critically high. Bearing is under-lubricated. Begin greasing immediately to prevent damage.
Vibration is only slightly decreasing. Continue adding grease — the bearing is not yet fully lubricated.
Vibration values have dropped to a good level. The bearing is properly lubricated. Stop greasing.
Velocity (mm/s) for whole-machine body. Acceleration (g) for bearing condition. Both visible simultaneously.
